This website (wilpsize.com) is operated by Thomas Klein, Golfstraße 35, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (see Imprint); it is developed and technically run on his behalf by Schumann Techworks. The website presents and advertises photographic works. No purchase agreement is concluded and no order can be placed on wilpsize.com itself.
2. How prints are ordered
Fine art prints shown here are ordered exclusively through the linked shop, which is hosted on Shopify and operated by Thomas Klein as well. Clicking a “Buy” link takes you there, and the purchase agreement is concluded there. The ordering process, payment, shipping, warranty and your right of withdrawal are governed by that shop’s own terms and cancellation policy, which are shown to you before you order.
3. Prices shown on this website
The prices shown on the individual work pages are the shop’s current prices. They are total prices including statutory VAT; shipping costs are added and are shown in the shop before the order is placed. Prices can change, and the price binding on an order is the one displayed in the shop at the time you place it.
4. Image rights
All photographs shown on wilpsize.com are works by Thomas Klein, published under the artist name Wilpsize, and are protected by copyright. They are made available here to be viewed in a web browser. Any use beyond that - in particular downloading, copying, reproduction, printing, editing, or making them publicly available, in whole or in part - requires prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits it. Purchasing a fine art print through the linked shop transfers ownership of that print; it grants no right of use in the photograph itself. Licensing enquiries are welcome via the contact page.
5. Final provisions
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
